About us
Mint Research is a Beijing-based firm providing market intelligence on investment and acquisition opportunities in China’s renewable energy and clean tech sectors.
Tristan Edmondson founded Mint Research in the spring of 2008 after receiving support from the European Union’s Managers Exchange and Training Programme. Whilst working in London and the Middle East as a project and sales manager for Explora Security, an infrastructure protection firm, Tristan became involved with an energy NGO called Powerswitch.
Radomir Tylecote joined as a partner at Mint Research in the autumn of 2008. He previously worked at Tsing Capital, a clean technology venture capital firm. Radomir has an MPhil in Chinese studies from Cambridge University.
